At KnowTaxx, we are committed to providing professional, accurate, and transparent tax consultancy services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every client receives the full value of the services they purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or raise concerns regarding service delivery.
Our services primarily include digital consultation, income tax return filing, GST compliance, financial planning, and other non-tangible advisory deliverables. Given the nature of our work, once a service is initiated or delivered—whether partially or fully—it becomes ineligible for return. Returns do not apply to services that involve documentation, filings, or professional consultation, since they are customized to the client’s individual financial data and tax position.
A refund may be issued only in the following cases: if the client has made a duplicate payment for the same service; if a service was booked and paid for, but our team was unable to initiate it due to internal limitations; or if a cancellation request was submitted in writing before any work was started by our team. In such scenarios, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the status of the engagement.
If physical materials such as printed documents or client kits are dispatched from our end, the refund process (if applicable) will begin only after the unused material is received back in its original condition. Any loss or damage to the returned items may result in deductions from the refund amount. KnowTaxx will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the original transaction. For payments made via credit/debit card or payment gateways, the amount will be credited to the original account within 7–10 business days after the refund approval. Tax deductions and processing fees, if applicable, will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
Please note that we do not entertain refund requests under the following circumstances: once the service has been delivered in full; if the client failed to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe; if there was a delay due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client; or if the client has a change of mind or shift in priority after booking the service.
